A generatív mesterséges intelligencia nemzetközi, uniós és hazai szerzői jogi szabályozásának lehetőségeiről

A mesterséges intelligencia mint technológia és a hagyományos szerzői jogi keretek között növekvő feszültség azonosítható. A szerzői jog már sokszor alkalmazkodott a különféle technológiai kihívásokhoz. A tanulmány arra a kérdésre keresi a választ, hogy a generatív MI-rendszerek vetnek-e fel olyan egyedi kihívásokat, amelyek a jogalkotó figyelmét igénylik, adott esetben szükségessé teszik a meglévő jogi keretek újragondolását. A tanulmány azonosítja azokat a szerzői jogi szempontból releváns kérdéseket, amelyek megválaszolását a generatív MI-rendszerek elterjedése szükségessé tette, majd összefoglalja a jogirodalom és a gyakorlat által ez idáig adott válaszokat. A válaszok tükrében a tanulmány azt a kérdéskört vizsgálja, hogy célszerűnek, szükségesnek, elképzelhetőnek tűnik-e a jogalkotó beavatkozása, és összegzi a jogirodalomban erre megfogalmazott javaslatokat.
